The Mask That Hides It All: In this art part of my i proceed to do a P.T.S.D mask that shows and embodies what they feel. I researched the facts , They show that art can be a form of healing. It gives them the chance to voice what they feel with out actually having to say it. Turns out they acutually find it useful and healing.

Lost Hope.
Unexplainable Feelings: In this part of my English Project I thought it would be a good idea to find what the veterans feel about having P.T.S.D and how their family copes with it. So after I did this I proceed to find a war veteran and have him read my three poems and record his self.
Dear 22 Year Old Me,
In this part of my Social Studies project i chose to research P.T.S.D and decided to write my future self a letter to better explain what it is. And to tell her its okay to feel sad and have nightmares. I gave her some tips to better help her get help. And asked her to remember her promise to seek help. I left her with some statistics to better understand.
