COLLEGE DONE HEALTHY
~Teaming Up With Lydia & Katie~
**To support this project, Lydia and Katie are upcoming Freshman so this will aslo help them in the future**
My team and I created this project to help mainly college students avoid the myth, "Freshman 15." During this project we created recipes that are cheap, healthy, and easy to make. These recipes include main courses, soups and salads, and sweet treats.
Lots of students, even other people, struggle with keeping a healthy diet for a long period of time due to the various opportunities in their surrounding environment. This led to the creation of our project and the reason for our recipes.
We created blogs for 3 recipes in each category and provided the recipes alongside the instructions and pictures. We chose the specified recipes because they are very easy to make for college students and others that don't have a skill in the culinary arts. They are simple to make and very healthy, which is a necessity when in a rush, which we occasionally are.
